SERVICES
Track and Field Sessions $50/session
Individual sessions that are designed to help you improve in your specified event. These sessions can be one on one in person or virtual.
Strength Training $80/month
We encourage strength training with all running programs. In our strength training program you will receive 2-3 training sessions a week, video instructions, and coach support.
Package 1 $80/month
This is our basic package. You will have a virtual consultation with your coach with your initial sign up to discuss your goals and for your coach to get to know you. You will receive a 100% custom training program and email communication with your coach.
Package 2 $100/month
This is our next level package. You will have a virtual consultation with your coach with your initial sign up to discuss your goals and for your coach to get to know you. You will receive a 100% custom training plan, email communication with your coach, 2 weekly check-ins, and race day prep.
Package 3 $120/month
This is our ultimate package. You will have a virtual consultation with your coach with your initial sign up to discuss your goals and for your coach to get to know you. You will receive a 100% custom training plan, email communication with your coach, race day prep, unlimited texting access to your coach, weekly phone calls, and regular feedback from your coach.
