Bleacher Workout

I love running bleachers! This is one of my favorite workouts because it has so many options and so many benefits. Bleachers can help you build speed and strength. Here is an example of a bleacher workout that I like to do.

10 sets of running: Run up the bleachers from bottom to top and walk down slowly. Make sure to be quick and powerful when running up the bleachers and take your time walking down to make sure to get the rest you need to finish the workout. After the running portion I like to do 3 sets of 3 different types of hops up the bleacher. Right foot single leg hop, left foot single leg hop, and double foot hop with a slow walk down the bleachers.

Make sure to warm up and cool down with this workout because it will cause some soreness the next couple days. This would be a workout you do on a hard day.
