Nutrition 101
Nutrition ,Nutrition, Nutrition. We all know how important nutrition is to our health and wellness. Often times, it can seem really complicated, but it doesn’t have to be. My number one advice is to eat foods you like. Don’t cut out foods you enjoy just because you think they are “bad”. If you have a sweet tooth like me, then you have to try this next recipe. I don’t know about you, but after a run the last thing I want to do is cook, that’s why I love my smoothies. Here is how I make my Berry Smoothie recipe.
BERRY SMOOTHIE: Spinach, Mixed Berries (Raspberries, Blackberries. Blueberries) I buy the big bag of mixed berries at Sam’s, Milk or water, Vanilla Whey protein (You can use any kind of protein powder you like), Ice. Put it all in the blender and blend it up to the texture you like. ENJOY!
